Yes. That does not include cardio though. That's usually twice a week. One heaver and one lighter.

This may be a totally stupid question but.....you only train twice a week?
Just asking because as I'm sure you know better than I do, current pop wisdom is the five or six day split. I vary a bit from this but have to admit I have sucombed to the dogma abit.

As for life around train vice versa. I always tell my wife, I have a life to live first, then I train. So I can totally understand. Of course, it doesn't stop me from wanting to train hard and often.

Thanks
not trying to monopolize your time.

Hi Mike,

For me, I do one "lighter" quicker full body workout on Wed. Then, I do a all-out blaster on Sat. A lot of this structure is based on what's going on life wise. My training revolves around my life and not the other way around. Hope this helps.

Specifically to Bill Piche. I often wonder, for guys who do total body programs, how do you organize your week? 1) Train full body hard every other day 2) Train full body light one day heavy the next 3) Other option that I haven't thought of.
I'm just curious because I have seen a lot of guys have a lot of success with totaly body programs lately.
