First off, I want to again apologize to those who submitted questions as I have been struggling to find an efficient way for me to update Strength Mentors due to lack of time. I think going back to a text format will allow me to be more efficient again due to a slight change in how I copy and paste the email inputs into this blog format.

Thanks everyone for your patience!

We welcome P.J. Striet to StrengthMentor.com!

Here's PJ's bio:

P. J. Striet is the owner and operator of PJS Fitness & Performance, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH. For the last 4 years, he has developed, implemented and supervised personal fitness and performance programs for over 100 clients-consistently logging 60+ individual weekly workouts-ranging from the high caliber competitive athlete to the corporate executive. He trains his clients at three premier private training facilities owned by his friend, mentor, and former business partner Ted Lambrinides, Ph.D.

Prior to starting his own business, P. J. received his degrees in Exercise Physiology and Health Appraisal & Enhancement from Miami University in Oxford, OH, where he also served as a member of the strength and conditioning staff as an intern. Upon graduation from Miami, and prior to entering the personal training field, P. J. performed an internship at Notre Dame under the guidance of strength coaches Mickey Marotti (Currently at the University of Florida) and Aaron Hillmann (currently at Bowling Green State University).

Most importantly, P. J. has been strength training, personally, for 13 years and genuinely loves the activity: when he gives advice, he speaks from experience and DOING...not from reading a mail order personal training certification manual or a thread on an internet chat board.
