I have just begun a full body routine, about 20 sets per session, one set on some exercises, 2 sets on others.
I train full body three times per week.
As for the powerlifts
I train squats on tues and Thurs
Bench Tues Thurs Sunday
Deadlifts on Sunday
I weigh 100kilos, my best total is 605k raw.
Good, bad or just ugly?

605 kilos-----1339.3 pounds total I'd say you were pretty strong. Now as for the training. You say you do a full body three days a week. Are you also saying that you train squats, bench, and deads on other days? If so that's alot of training. - Jim Bryan
That's a good raw total, especially if you are drug-free. Some people seem to think hitting 500/300/500 numbers raw is easy (and drug-free of course). The fact is, few can do it from what I have seen.
Unless you have superman recovery, that is a lot of training if I interpret this correctly. Too much if you ask me. You could go squat, bench deadlift one workout and then squat and bench the other. Add the other exercises after the big three are performed. - Bill Piche
