My name is Branden and I am 18. Iam 6'3 205lbs. and to be that big I am rather skinny. My arms are only 14" at best and my legs are around 23". My question is simply this, Is there a long-term workout plan I can follow that will help me become proportional and "stonger then an ox?" I doubt anyone could come up with a "workout Plan" like you request. At least not anything more than just the basics. This is what the Muscle magazines capitalize on........................"Providing fantasy." Have you looked at http://www.cyberpump.com? My advice would be to save your supplement money, sign up at cyberpump, and become your own teacher. That way it will stick. I have no real illusions that trainees follow advice, at least not very long. The reason is that somehow we have been led to believe that there is a "One workout for all." Truth is it boils down to: A. Hard work B. Consistent training C. Progressive Training D. Prudent training E. Time. Good luck and remember there will always be someone out there that is willing to sell you "Training Secrets."
